Our vision: a 24-hour emergency and referral animal hospital on Kauai, built to the standard of care that saved Cleo's life on Oahu.

Modeled after VERC — built for Kauai

The Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center (VERC) on Oahu has been Hawaii's gold standard for emergency veterinary care since 2011. Their 17,250 sq ft facility offers 24/7 walk-in emergency care, advanced imaging, surgery, and specialty referral services. We're not copying their brand — we're bringing that level of care to Kauai.

Walk-in emergency care, no appointment needed — open every hour of every day.

Critical Care & ICU

Round-the-clock monitoring, oxygen therapy, and intensive nursing for hospitalized pets.

Surgery Suites

Dedicated soft tissue and orthopedic operating rooms with modern anesthesia monitoring.

Diagnostic Imaging

Digital radiography, ultrasound, and phased expansion to CT imaging.

In-House Laboratory

Rapid blood work and diagnostics to guide treatment decisions in emergencies.

Specialty Referral (Phase B)

Internal medicine, oncology, neurology, and rehabilitation — modeled after VERC on Oahu.

Pharmacy

On-site medications for immediate treatment during emergencies and hospitalization.

Isolation & Infection Control

Dedicated isolation areas to protect vulnerable patients and prevent cross-contamination.

Exam & Treatment Rooms

6–10 exam rooms for efficient triage, stabilization, and ongoing patient care.

Island Vet Network

Referral partnerships with Kauai daytime clinics for seamless handoffs and follow-up care.
